The Story Behind Merritt Network

Hi, I’m Erin Merritt, and I started Merritt Network to combine my technical skills with my commitment to doing work that actually matters.

I’ve been in tech since 2001, starting out as a programmer in application development. In 2013, I found my home in WordPress, and I haven’t looked back. Over the years, I’ve worked with agencies, for agencies, and in corporate environments. These days, I manage 40+ WordPress websites for addiction and behavioral health treatment centers while running Merritt Network. This work is especially meaningful to me as a woman in long-term recovery.

This combination of technical chops plus real-world perspective shapes how I approach every project. I care about getting things done right, not just getting them done fast. I show up consistently, own my mistakes, and build relationships based on trust and honesty.
